Welcome to Vexafur. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vexafur.com and any custom DTF t-shirt printing order, ready-made printed t-shirt purchase, or other service offered by Vexafur (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Site”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Vexafur

Vexafur is a Pakistan-based custom apparel brand offering DTF (Direct-to-Film) printed t-shirts, graphic streetwear tees, plain t-shirts, and personalized custom printing services. Customers can either purchase ready-made products from our catalog or upload their own designs for custom printing.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal right to use the payment method selected at checkout

3. Custom Design Orders

Since custom printing is central to our business, the following terms apply specifically to custom DTF print orders:

  • You are solely responsible for the artwork, image, logo, or design you upload for printing
  • By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
  • Vexafur reserves the right to refuse to print any design that is offensive, illegal, infringing, or violates our content guidelines, without obligation to provide a refund if the order has already been processed
  • Once a custom order moves into printing, no changes, edits, or cancellations can be made, as the product is being personalized specifically for you
  • We are not responsible for minor variations in color, placement, or print quality that result from differences in screen display versus the final printed product
  • Please double-check your design, size, color, and quantity carefully before confirming your order, as custom items cannot be returned once printed

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp using the details and artwork you provide
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and card payments where available
  • All prices listed on vexafur.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • An order is only confirmed once we have received your payment (or confirmed COD details) and verified your design and order specifications
  • Vexafur reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or unavailability of materials

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver custom printed t-shirts and ready-made products across Pakistan through our courier partners
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on your location and order volume
  • Vexafur is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our custom DTF printed products, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will review your case for a replacement or refund
  • Ready-made (non-custom) products may be eligible for return under separate conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion

7. Product Quality and Variations

  • We use high-quality DTF printing technology and premium cotton fabric to ensure durability and print clarity
  • Minor variations in shade, fabric texture, or print placement may occur due to manufacturing processes and do not constitute a defect
  • Product images on our website are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in color due to screen display differences

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on vexafur.com, including our logo, branding, website design, and original graphic t-shirt designs (excluding customer-uploaded artwork), is the property of Vexafur and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission
  • Customer-uploaded designs remain the property of the customer; Vexafur claims no ownership over artwork submitted for custom printing

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Upload designs that are illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringe on third-party rights
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functioning of our website
  • Use our services for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose

Vexafur reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vexafur provides its website and services on an “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, Vexafur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Vexafur reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
